Trafficking children in Egypt Seen On www.coolpicturegallery.netEgyptian authorities have raised the indictment against 11 persons, including two U.S. citizens, due to participate in the purchase of four babies, which are later intended to give for approval.

They paid for girls around 3,600 dollars (20,000 Egyptian £), and boys about 900 dollars more (25,000 Egyptian £).

According to the unnamed security sources, one of the two defendants Americans originally from Egypt.

Unnamed U.S. Embassy official said that the means for this investigation carried out by Egyptian authorities, and stressed that the embassy in fully cooperating.

The embassy has not confirmed that it is one of American citizens arrested or charged, said Reuters.

Among acused are four doctors, two nurses and a tourist guide.

The sale of baby are managed by doctors from Egypt, one private hospital and several other clinics, said the Egyptian newspaper “El Masri Jum”.

Ministry of Health of Egypt said that these hospitals are closed.
